Variable Mooney Viscosimeter according to ISO 289:2005 / ASTM D 1646 DIN 53525, Part 1 – 4mdr3000tisch_beleuchtet.jpg
- This rotational shear viscosimeter according to Mooney is used for the determination of the viscosity of polymers and for determination of the vulcanisation behaviour of rubber at different speeds and temperatures.
- The instrument set consists of the machine body, a personal computer with screen, keyboard and mouse. The instrument is directly controlled by the PC. The measuring system and instrument controlling is performed by the 32 Bits MonControl software, a universal testing software system.
- For calibration the instrument has two calibration weights included in the
- machine. The complete calibration can be performed directly by MonControl
- software.
